1.What is KasPro?
KasPro is an Mobile payment app (or e-wallet) with main features such as cashless transaction, money transfer, and digital wallet. User can use Barcode/QR for purchasing at oflline and online merchants, send money via phone number, and top up balance at various merchants.
2.How to register your KasPro account?
  1. Download KasPro at Google Play Store & Apple App Store
  2. Enter the phone number you want to register
  3. Enter the OTP that are texted to your phone number
  4. Fill your registration form (First name, Last name, Your email, PIN Number, Re-enter your PIN Number)
  5. Choose continue
  6. KasPro Homepage will appear in the application if the account creation is successful
3.What is the benefit of KasPro premium account?
Maximum balance at KasPro can be up to IDR20.000.000
You can transfer money to fellow KasPro user, to Bank account & E-Money
4.How to become a premium at KasPro?
Foto KTP/SIM/PASSPOR
  1. Take a picture of yourself holding an ID
  2. Make sure your whole face is visible while holding ID
  3. Fill your ID Number
  4. Choose upgrade premium
  5. Enter your KasPro PIN
  6. Wait for your transaction to be processed by KasPro customer service
  7. Notification will appear if the account successfully becomes premium
  8. Log out of your KasPro account KasPro
  9. Log-in back to KasPro account to become premium account
5.Can different numbers be used for a KasPro account on one cell-phone?
Possible, as long as the email hasn’t been registered as KasPro user
6.If my smartphone is lost what should I do?
Contact KasPro customer support via (021)50928595 for telephone & via support@kaspro.id for email to report and deactivate your KasPro account
7.How to change your KasPro PIN?
  1. Enter your current PIN Number
  2. If succeed, enter a new PIN Number
  3. Make sure your PIN number never been used in your previous account
  4. Choose Continue
  5. Re-enter your PIN number that you have wanted
  6. Choose Continue
  7. In-app notifications will appear if PIN number changes successfully
8.What should I do if my account is blocked?

  1. Log in to your mobile banking.
  2. Select the TRANSFER menu.
  3. Select the TRANSFER TO OTHER BANK menu.
  4. Select the destination bank BANK CIMB Niaga (bank code: 022).
  5. Enter your Virtual Account Number
  6. (3929+your mobile number) as the destination account.
  7. Enter the top up amount in the balance you want to pay.
  8. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction.

  1. Go to the ibank.bni.co.id website
  2. Select the TRANSACTION menu > VIRTUAL ACCOUNT BILLING.
  3. Enter your Virtual Account Number () as the destination account.
  4. Select your source account and click CONTINUE.
  5. Enter the top up amount in the balance you want to pay.
  6. On the confirmation page, enter the authentication token to complete your transaction.
CIMB
  1. Login to CIMB Clicks.
  2. Select TRANSFER and select the payment source account in the "Transfer From" section. Do not select "Mobile Account" as the payment source.
  3. Enter the top up amount in the balance you want to pay.
  4. In the "Transfer to" section, select Bank CIMB Niaga. Don't select "Mobile Account"
  5. Enter your Virtual Account Number (3929+mobile phone number) as the destination account then click CONTINUE.
  6. Enter your 6 digit PIN and click SUBMIT.
    The minimum top-up transaction according to CIMB Niaga's policy is IDR 10,000.
BCA
  1. Go to the Klik BCA website.
  2. Select the FUND TRANSFER menu > KECA VIRTUAL ACCOUNT TRANSFER.
  3. Enter your Virtual Account Number (10901081991532498) as the destination account.
  4. Enter the top up amount in the balance you want to pay.
  5. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction.

  1. Log in to your internet banking
  2. Select the TRANSFER menu

  1. Enter your ATM card and CIMB PIN.
  2. Select the TRANSFER menu > CIMB Niaga Account/Other Mobile Account > Another CIMB Niaga Account.
  3. Enter the top up amount in the balance you want to pay.
  4. Enter your Virtual Account Number (3929+ mobile number registered with Kaspro) as the destination account
  5. Select the payment source account.
  6. Confirm payment.
    Top-up transactions cannot be made at the CIMB Niaga Cash Deposit Machine (CDM).
    The minimum reload transaction according to CIMB Niaga's policy is Rp. 10,000.
BCA

  1. Insert ATM card & PIN.
  2. Select menu OTHER TRANSACTIONS > TRANSFER > TO OTHER BANK.
  3. Enter 002 (CIMB Niaga bank code) as the destination.
  4. Enter your Virtual Account Number (3929 + mobile number registered with Kaspro) as the destination account.
  5. Enter the top up amount in the balance you want to pay.
  6. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction.
    Payments can be made through ATMs provided by ATM Prima, Bersama and Link.
    Additional fees will be charged according to the policy of the issuing bank.
Modern Channel
Alfamart/Alfamidi/Dandan/Lawson
  1. Go to store.
  2. Inform the cashier regarding KasPro balance top up with 16 as KasPro Wallet ID.
  3. Inform your KasPro account number.
  4. Inform the amount of balance you want to top up (Multiplied by IDR 50,000 and IDR 1.000.000 maximum) to cashier.
  5. Cashier will input KasPro account number, and the amount of money that will be top up as balance.
  6. Customer gives cash to cashier.
  7. Balance will automatically be added and customer will get in-app notification regarding the transaction
Indomaret/Ceriamart
  1. Go to store.
  2. Inform the cashier to top up KasPro balance with 000076 as KasPro bin code.
  3. Create the token, inform KasPro account number and shows them the token number.
  4. Inform the top up amount (Multiplied by IDR 10,000 and maximum IDR 1,000,000) to cashier.
  5. Cashier will input KasPro account number, token number and the amount of top up balance.
  6. Customer gives cash to cashier.
  7. Balance will automatically be added and customer will get in-app notification regarding the transaction
LKD Digibos
Your Virtual Account Number : Mobile number registered with Kaspro
  1. Come to Mitra LKD Digibos.
  2. Inform the KasPro account number and the amount of money you want to top up to the LKD Digibos Partner.
  3. The LKD Digibos partner will input the KasPro account and the amount of money to be Top Up.
  4. Customers submit cash to LKD Digibos Partner.
  5. The balance will increase automatically and the customer will receive a WhatsApp/SMS transaction notification.

10.How to Withdraw?
Alfamart/Alfamidi/Dan+Dan
  1. Come to Alfamart/Alfamidi/Dan+Dan store near you.
  2. Inform the cashier that you want to withdraw KasPro Cash with KasPro Wallet ID, which is 16
  3. Create a token, provide the KasPro account number, show the token number and inform the cash withdrawal amount (nominal multiples of 50,000, maximum 1,000,000) to the cashier.
  4. The cashier will input the KasPro account number, token number and the amount of money to be withdrawn.
  5. KasPro balance will be deducted automatically and customers will get a successful notification report in the application.
  6. Customers get cash from the cashier.
Indomaret/Ceriamart
  1. Go to store.
  2. Inform the cashier that you want to withdraw KasPro Cash with the KasPro Bin Code, which is 000076.
  3. Create a token, provide the KasPro account number, show the token number and inform the cash withdrawal amount (nominal multiples of 50,000, maximum 1,000,000) to the cashier.
  4. The cashier will input the KasPro account number, token number and the amount of money to be withdrawn.
  5. KasPro balance will be deducted automatically and customers will get a successful notification report in the application.

Withdrawal with Friend
  1. Open the KasPro app
  2. Select CASH WITHDRAWAL WITHDRAWAL FROM FRIENDS.
  3. Enter a friend's phone number or contact name
  4. Enter the Cash Withdrawal amount.
  5. Click the next button.
  6. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction.
    Minimum Cash Withdrawal Nominal Rp. 10,000.
Danamon
  1. Create a token on the Cardless Cash Withdrawal (Danamon) menu on the KasPro application with a minimum amount of Rp. 100,000, - and a maximum of Rp. 1.000.000,- in multiples of Rp. 100,000,-
  2. Come to the nearest Danamon ATM.
  3. Select the Cardless Cash Withdrawal menu at the Danamon ATM.
  4. Select the language used.
  5. Enter the token code that was created earlier.
  6. Enter the mobile number registered with KasPro.
  7. Enter the nominal amount according to the nominal that was entered when creating the token (if making a token the nominal entered is Rp. 100,000, - then when at the ATM enter the same amount, which is Rp. 100,000).
  8. The ATM machine will process your transaction.
  9. The ATM machine release the money, Please take your money.
Terms and Condition
General terms and conditions of this KasPro Services
General terms and conditions of this KasPro Service ("Terms and Conditions") shall apply and bind to the User (as defined below) and PT SPI (as defined below)
1.Definition
  1. "KasPro Outlets" or "Outlets" are Outlets owned by PT SPI that can serve the use of KasPro Services (as defined below) when conducting Transactions (as defined below) at outlets / stores / stores.
  2. "User Accounts" are Electronic Money accounts (as defined below) that belong to the User contained in the KasPro System (as defined below) which presents the amount of funds on behalf of the User stored and recorded in the KasPro System in an Account Number (as defined below this).
  3. "Application" is an interface / channel (channel) between the User and the KasPro System for the occurrence of a Transaction that is both developed and managed by PT SPI and other parties working with it
  4. "Bank ATMs" are automated teller machines and / or automatic teller machines operated by banks that have collaborated with PT SPI
  5. "Fund Limit" is the maximum amount of funds set by PT SPI based on the applicable law to be accommodated in each User Account, including any changes from time to time
  6. "UDD" or "User Due Diligence" is the process of identifying and verifying potential users by PT SPI in accordance with its policies based on applicable law.
  7. "Force Majeure" means an event beyond the control of PT SPI which results in a halt or delayed implementation of PT SPI's obligations based on these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: lightning disruption, earthquake, hurricane, fire, war, explosion, flood , tsunami, sabotage, riots or government / regulator policies or actions of third parties that are outside the control of PT SPI.
  8. "Merchant" means a business entity or individual who conducts trading activities of goods and / or services that have collaborated with PT SPI for KasPro Services.
  9. "Account Number" is the virtual account number of the User and / or Merchant and / or Outlet representing the amount of Electronic Money recorded in the KasPro System.
  10. "KasPro" or "KasPro Service" is an Electronic Money service issued by PT SPI which allows Users to make Transactions using the KasPro System.
  11. "Users" are Regular Users and / or Premium Users who have registered to use KasPro Services.
  12. "Regular Users" are users of KasPro Services who register without going through the UDD process and have restrictions on benefits as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
  13. "Premium Users" are users of KasPro Services who have gone through the UDD process and have excess benefits as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
  14. "Payment of Expenditures" means payment for purchases of goods and / or services made by Users in Merchants who have cooperated with PT SPI.
  15. "Bill Payment" is a postpaid bill payment with a party that cooperates with PT SPI, including but not limited to payment of PLN, Telkom, Pay TV and other bill payments where the number of payment services can change at any time.
  16. "Cash out withdrawal" is the process of withdrawing the Premium User KasPro account balance conducted through the facilities set forth in Article 3.7 of these Terms and Conditions
  17. "Cash in" is the process of filling in a KasPro account balance by a User that is carried out as stipulated in Article 3.6 of these Terms and Conditions.
  18. "PIN" is a personal password number created by the User for the purpose of security of a User Account.
  19. "KasPro System" is a system that regulates all Transactions where each party involved in the Transaction has a virtual account that presents the amount of funds owned by the party in an Account Number.
  20. "Transaction" means payment transaction, bill payment, balance and / or balance withdrawal using KasPro service facilities, at merchants and / or outlets.
  21. "Electronic Money" means an electronic payment instrument issued by PT SPI in accordance with the permission of Bank Indonesia based on the prevailing laws and regulations.
  22. "PT SPI" is PT. Solusi Pasti Indonesia as the issuer of Electronic Money.

2.Terms
  1. The user registers in the Application by entering the requested information / data as credentials that are the reference for PT SPI in making an Account Number. PT SPI will send a verification code to the User through communication media for Short Message Service ("SMS") or other media registered by the User.
  2. After that the User must enter the verification code and if the verification is successful, the User must register a PIN on the Application for the purpose of security of the User Account.
  3. By carrying out the registration process as stipulated in article 2.1 and 2.2 above, the User will automatically be recorded in the KasPro System as a Regular User.
  4. Users can at any time increase their subscription status to Premium Users through the UDD process.
  5. The user must always maintain the confidentiality of the PIN and must not notify the other party in any circumstances or in any way. All consequences arising from negligence, inaccuracy, or on the use or misuse of the PIN by the User or a third party with or without the permission of the User concerned, is the full burden and responsibility of the User.
  6. Further details regarding the registration function, PIN and activation and implementation of UDD are regulated in the KasPro Service guidelines which are a unity with these Terms and Conditions.
3.Use Of KasPro Services
  1. KasPro services may only be used by users and cannot be transferred by users to other parties without the approval of PT SPI. All consequences or losses arising from errors, negligence, user inadvertence in using this service are the full burden and responsibility of the User.
  2. KasPro services cannot be used for Shopping Payment transactions at Merchants if:
    1. Funds in the User Account are insufficient.
    2. User accounts are blocked at the request of the authorities or indicated to be used for activities that are detrimental to PT SPI and / or others.
  3. In the event that the User violates some or all of these Terms and Conditions, PT SPI has the right to:
    1. Refuse any Transactions made by the User.
    2. Closing and / or terminating and / or blocking KasPro Services for the relevant User.
  4. PT SPI, with due regard to the prevailing laws and regulations, has the right to determine and change the Fund Limit at any time through written notification (via sms or other written notification) to the User.
  5. Users do not get interest on the placement of funds in the User Account.
  6. Users can fill in the Balance (cash in) from the User Account through the following facilities and methods:
    1. Via the Bank ATM, select the "Transfer to Other Bank" menu then enter the bank code "3929" and the Account Number as the destination account number.
    2. Through the KasPro Outlet, then do KasPro's cash deposit request by providing information on the Account Number and the amount of money to be deposited.
    3. Other facilities that will be notified by PT SPI from time to time.
  7. Premium Customers can withdraw their balance (cash out) from the Customer's Account through the following facilities and methods:
    1. Transfer the available balance in the Customer's KasPro Account to the bank account number.
    2. Other facilities that will be notified by PT SPI from time to time.
  8. If KasPro Services:
    1. Has ended or closed as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and there are still funds remaining in the Customer Account, or
    2. There is no any Transaction in the Customer's Account for 6 (six) consecutive months, then PT SPI has the right to deduct the funds in the Customer's Account with an administration fee of Rp. 5000 (five thousand rupiah) per month without prior notification.
